 Le Sirocco #16 F-PTEJ a été construit par Paul Racine à Cherbourg et fait son premier vol début 1974. Baptisé "Amitié Normande", il est équipé d'un moteur Lycoming de 180 cv et d'un train rentrant.
En 1977 il devient la propriété de Marina Helf de Persan (95) jusqu'en 1978, date où il est radié du registre.
De fin 1982 à 1988, Philippe Anquetin de Yvetot (76) le re-construit sous sa livrée bleue et blanche. Il est maintenant basé à Rouen-Boos (76).
Août 2004. Christophe Oppé, contrôleur au Havre, s'en porte acquéreur et rejoint la grande famille des Jaffreux.
Le 6 Janvier 2008, c'est au tour de Gilles Modeste et Alain Leroy qui le rachètent et le basent à Enghien-Moisselles (95). L'appareil voit son train fauché lors d'un décollage et il devrait revoler en 2012.
EN 2019, son nouveau propriétaire est Tony Letellier, basé à Quimper.
  The Sirocco #16 F-PTEJ was built by Paul Racine from Cherbourg and had her maiden flight in 1974. Named "Normandy Friendship", she's powered by a Lycoming 180 cv and has a retractable gear.
In 1977, she's bought by Marina Helf from Persan (95) and disapear from the record in 1978.
From the end of 1982 and 1988, she's rebuilt by Philippe Anquetin from Yvetot (76) with a white and blue painting. She's now based at Rouen-Boos airfield (76).
August 2004. Christophe Oppé is the new owner and join the JAF family.
January 6th, 2008, Gilles Modeste is the new owner and the plane based at Enghien-Moisselles (95). The landing gear is broken during take-off and the plane will probably fly again in 2012.
In 2019, the new owner is Tony Letellier, based in Quimper.
