Equipé d'un train rentrant et d'un moteur Continental de 145 cv (MJ-5 F2), il reçoit son certificat de vol le 25 Septembre 1984. Il est ensuite vendu a Clay T. BEESLEY from Provo, Utah. Le 4 août 1988, le verrouillage du train se rompt à l'atterrissage en touch-and-go sur l'aérodrome de Hurricane, Utah. L'avion passe alors sur le dos, blessant le pilote. Qui en sait plus ou pourrait nous envoyer une photo ?

Hurricane airfield (UT): August 4th, 1988, upon a touch-and-go, one of the main landing gear collapsed and the tailwheel equipped aircraft ground looped. The pilot was injured.
